Our current and previous interns:
Max Broens : Max studies Multimedia Design and Development at the Hanzehogeschool Groningen (NL). Max is a project finisher at DGF and his main project is the new website for the Princess Wilhelmina Fund Curacao (Curacao Cancer Society) and the Internal Information System.

Tommy Wouters: Tommy studies ICT Multimedia Design at Fontys Hogeschool in Eindhoven (NL). He has worked on several smaller projects, like our promo to go with the Movie No Kai, and was part of the team that worked on the website for Extra.
Tommy: "...." (our quietest intern yet)

Jerry Sietsma : Jerry is in the final stages of graduating at the Hanzehogeschool Groningen (NL). His main design project was the website for Caribbean Sea Sports but besides this he also worked on the websites of Hook's Hut and Orco Bank.
Jerry: "Dragonfly - next to the climate, the beautiful beaches and the friendly people - definitely the best thing I experienced on Curacao! During my internship I learned a lot about design, SEO and internet marketing. Very useful techniques I used for new projects like www.autorevista.nl. I had a great time there!!"

Marthy de Weijs: Marthy is now graduated from the Hanzehogeschool Groningen (NL). Marthy was our first intern and she mostly worked on internal projects. Among other things, she wrote the texts for several websites and created a large assortment of banners for a project now discontinued.
Marthy: "Dragonfly Media is a new and trendy company, of which the staff is very driven in their work and warm and easy to get on with. I had a marvelous time!"

Internships at Dragonfly Media

Every half year dozens of local students are looking for a company for their internship and hundreds of young people come to Curacao from abroad to do an internship ("stage") in the Caribbean. Together they are a sizable part of the Curacao workforce.

At Dragonfly we usually take in one or two interns per half year, depending on the anticipated workload. One of these is always a web design student and sometimes we also have a place for a web developer, (internet) marketing-, or journalism student.

For the first internship period of 2009 (starting January/February 2009) we are looking for a web design intern. Please see below how you can apply. We will accept applications until November 1st, 2008.
